Well, since he/she didn't ask for your permission, I don't think you should give them the priveledge of continuing to profit from your work. That was totally unproffesional and overall un-awesome. But, if they agreed to pay you back a percentage from prior profits, then maybe something could be negotiated to where they can continue to use your work, due credit is a must of course. Otherwise, time for azu to put the 'beat down'.
