Orders ARE being shipped. If print number 7 is in your order and your package hasn't arrived, I'll be shipping it on Wednesday. I ran out of that print and it's due back from the printers on Tuesday.

Funny how we're all writing to each other on his page, and he never looks on here anymore.
It's a good thing that none of us know him personally....because if a friend of mine was BLATANTLY ripping people off, and I knew about it....first of all, I'd REALLY try and help my friend get his butt in gear and clear his name from any wrong-doings....
...and second of all, I'd keep the people on here UPDATED as to what was going on.
Maybe he doesn't have any friends.
If he or she IS jerking us around, can you just imagine the fit everyone'd throw?
Ah, thinking of that amuses me.
Now I'll go check my mail.

If he was like.. "Hey, I have some serious family/life issues going on right now, orders will resume soon" then, maybe I would have a little sympathy.
But noooo.
I know I'm not the only angry one.

I'm so glad I managed to get Paypal to refund my money. I hope you are all able to do something similar.
Paypal had his account suspended sometime in February.
Yeah. I am no longer on the Digital-Rebirth staff and never really claimed to be.
But the fact is I did all of the graphical designs for Azuzephre.net and the website is currently hosted on my server and I maintain the right to have him removed from it.
The hosting payments are made to Digital-Rebirth, so it is also in his jurisdiction to weather or not he cares to take the site down, but in the long run I can make the final decision regarding the website staying online. If I wanted to choose to continue hosting the site free of charge, that would be well within my power. But I wont.
Anyways. As it stands, if Jeff refuses to even make responses to anyone having problems or to myself personally, I will have him removed from my server.
So people, please keep me updated on weather or not Jeff is making any effort to contact any of you, because he surely is not with me or with Digital-Rebirth.
Thanks.

Love is a force of nature =3 yep
I would like to clarify a little bit regarding R-Tyst's comments here and a subsequent comment regarding what Jeff paid for.
First and foremost, R-Tyst is not an official representative of Digital-Rebirth which built Jeff's site as he is not a staff member. (Official work completed by each party is detailed below.) Please read R-Tyst's comments only as a representation of himself with his own contractual authority and not necessarily the express position of Digital-Rebirth.
Digital-Rebirth worked with R-Tyst to do the visual design of Jeff's site with Jeff's input and knowledge, and Jeff's on-going hosting is currently contracted from R-Tyst as well, so what R-Tyst has said regarding hosting is accurate and within his authority. For this client, Digital-Rebirth performed the slicing, programming, shop skinning, site set-up, and maintenance of the site.
I wanted to clarify the association between Digital-Rebirth and R-Tyst regarding Jeff as a client, because if a Digital-Rebirth staff member had revealed Jeff's payment status in a public discussion such as this, they would be in violation of Digital-Rebirth's Privacy Policy regarding the publication of private client information.
I would like you all to understand that Digital-Rebirth aims to create legitimate products and services in the web environment, and Digital-Rebirth will never publicly publish private client information in a public setting without a proper mandate by the law or without the authorization of the client(s) involved as detailed in the exception clause of our Privacy Policy. In addition, Digital-Rebirth DOES NOT informally lobby users in a specific direction of action against a client based on such information as R-Tyst has done.
Digital-Rebirth does sympathize, however, with victims of malpractice in any web service, and as stated before, while we cannot informally lobby you against a user, we formally recognize that users should take any legal actions that they feel are necessary and are at their disposal to protect themselves. I would like users to recognize the difference in this area in particular regarding Digital-Rebirth's official policies and R-Tyst's own comments which are made within his separate domain of personal policy in opposition to Digital-Rebirth's official statement of policies.
In addition, Jeff and his site are official representatives of only themselves and are responsible for their own actions performed as such. Digital-Rebirth is not responsible for the failed reception of paid products from Azuzephre's store. The authority in this specific area primarily lies with Jeff and PayPal, and PayPal has since locked his account accordingly making his shop nonfunctional, and all queries regarding that situation should be directed at Jeff and PayPal as the problem falls under the domain of those two parties. Users are responsible of making payments to only trusted sources, using legitimate methods, and contacting the proper authorities at payment gateways such as PayPal as well as the original seller of products/services when problems arise.
Digital-Rebirth does, however, reserve the right to disable portions of client's websites (such as Jeff's shop) when complaints have been received and the relevant information regarding the complaints has been verified. In this particular situation, Digital-Rebirth has not been sent any complaints regarding Jeff's site, and PayPal has already taken explicit action of their own to disable Jeff's sales.
Regarding Digital-Rebirth's services, if payment is not received for a website, that website will not go online. If payments are not received for ongoing hosting and maintenance, hosting resources will no longer be offered to that client. Obviously, since Jeff's website is online, Jeff himself DID INDEED PAY FULLY for his website, however as per R-Tyst's comments, he is in a hosting problem right now.
I hope you understand the distinction between what each party here is responsible for as well as what has occurred, and do not take R-Tyst's comments as official statements by Digital-Rebirth but rather statements by himself personally with his own hosting authority under which he has contracted resources out to Digital-Rebirth. Thus, Digital-Rebirth stands by the policies stated on our site which have run partly in contradiction to R-Tyst's personal comments, and we offer whatever assistance we can that falls under our domain of responsibility to users who contact us.
Thank you for reading. I wish you all the best of luck and hope with your orders. Jeff's site will be taken care of accordingly in the near future depending on his actions or inaction in the coming weeks.
Regards,
Robert
Digital-Rebirth Project Manager
